Same Day Local Delivery - Availability based on a postal code. FREE for orders over $50 before taxes. $10 Flat fee on orders below $50. Orders placed before 4PM on weekdays and 1PM on weekends will be delivered on the same day before 9PM. Orders placed after 4PM on weekdays and 1PM on weekends will be delivered next day between 10AM to 2PM. Canada Wide Shipping - Canada Post Xpresspost. Orders > $75 = FREE Delivery Orders < $50 = $10 Delivery Fee Orders < $25 = $20 Delivery Fee The name on the order must match the name on your Government Issued ID or the order will not be delivered. NO exceptions! Due to age verification laws, the recipient must be the person who placed the order. All shipments will be sent using Canada Post’s age verification service. You must be of legal vaping age in your province to order from us. No refunds for shipping on packages returned due to failed age verification and 10% restocking fee will apply. Apartment residents must meet delivery personnel at the main entrance for both local delivery and Canada Post shipping. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show your Proof of Age to sign for and receive the package. We will make the best effort to ship all orders received before 4PM on the same day but 24 hours processing time is standard. We do not ship outside of Canada. Vape Oasis does not offer refunds but we will offer store credit or exchanges for defective products, as long as the customer can provide sufficient proof of deficiency. For warranty for online orders shipped outside of Calgary, in case of a defect, we will provide the label for return shipping. We do not offer shipping for replacement items, we do offer store credit or refund once the return package is delivered back to us.
