Warranty Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a 30 day period (from delivery date) for manufacturers defects on all hardware/kits. We offer exchanges for a 24 hour period (from purchase date) for defects on all disposables. PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKAGING DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. Serial numbers (which are usually on the box) are required to process your claim. Exclusions include but are not limited to: Coils, Wire, Drip Tips, Tool kits and E-Liquids. Hardware is continually improving for both reliability and performance. However, as with all electronic devices a small amount suffer failure, typically within the first few days of use. The most common warranty issues include: Firing button, Screen/Display, Battery charging. For warranty for online orders shipped outside of Calgary, in case of a defect, we will provide the label for return shipping. We do not offer shipping for replacement items, we do offer store credit or refund once the return package is delivered back to us. It is required to ship the defective item back along with its original packaging to process the warranty. Order only if you agree with our policy.
